We did purchase the crate pad from Petco because it wasn’t available on Amazon and Petco guaranteed the quickest delivery.We were in search for an Aestheticly Pleasing crate at a Reasonable Price. We had seen other brands but they were either too expensive, too big, too heavy… THEN we came across KINDTAIL. We actually first heard of them through an OC Pom Rescue RAFFLE!! We quickly ordered the SMALL in WHITE.-Instructions are easy to follow! The hubby assembled the crate in record time.-Lightweight & Collapsible! Easy to move around or put away for storage.-So EASY to CLEAN!! The Material & Simple Design make it a sinch to wash/clean.-PRETTY!! This crate fits our home perfectly. Anytime anyone comes over, they make a comment about how nice Ghost’s crate is!-Perfect Size! We ordered the small and it’s perfect for Ghost. We wanted a crate that wasn’t too big nor too small.We did read some reviews commenting on the “flimsiness” of the material but it’s not something we are concerned about. We believe the flexibility of the material keeps the crate more durable, preventing cracks and further damage. If you feel you need a stronger crate, please go with your gut feeling. Every dog is unique and has different needs. What works for our Pomeranian might not work for your Corgi!Overall, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the KINDTAIL Crate & Crate Pad!! I purchased this for my 2.5 lb. senior special needs Chihuahua to stay in when we have to run errands. It's very cozy, we put a blanket and his little soft bed in there and he goes right to sleep...he even gets in it on his own sometimes when we're just hanging out at home; the door folds back flat on the side when it's open so you can leave it open when you're not utilizing it. We have packed it up and traveled with it several times without issue. I wouldn't say the assembly is super easy, sometimes I have to fiddle with it for a few minutes, but it really only takes about 5 minutes. It looks cute in our house and I really like that there aren't any springs or metal bars or things a small dog with mobility issues could possibly be injured by. Highly recommend!

I ADORE this product. It is beautiful and the perfect size for my toy poodle pup. My dog sits with me at work so the flexibility of leaving the door open or closed for him is wonderful. I love that the door clips into place so you don’t even know it’s there when opened. Better than that I have the flexibility to leave the top off so it acts more like a small fence. The design isn’t meant for that but I find myself using it without the top every day and it’s so easy to clip right back into place. It’s true that it feels a bit flimsier than a non modular crate but I think that is the trade off for something that comes apart so easily (vs one hard plastic shell that doesn’t fold) and in all fairness the “flimsier” design hasn’t even come close to breaking. This is much lighter than my other crates so it is very easy for me to move from room to room (easier than my other crates). A few people commented the latch is loud which is true but I don’t think it’s any louder than my traditional crate latches. It definitely feels a little shakier but it has held really well. The colors are so beautiful I want to buy two. I got it in pink but may just buy the green as well for another room. Very satisfied with this product. It’s expensive but compared to other “pretty” crates it’s well priced AND modular to boot!

It was very fast & easy to set up, instruction was easy to understand. There was no doggy bed included so I bought one separately & I thought that would be too big to put inside, but it actually fits perfect. Our 1yr old, 4lb Pomeranian fits just right in, and so far likes it. The crate is easy to lock & unlock, I like that the door folds back in it’s sides. I thought the crate wouldn’t be durable, but when our dog is not inside it, It is so far durable but not something you can use as a stepping stool or put your weight on. I have a 4 & 5yrs old, they tried to sit on it & it hold their weight, so it is durable especially if you are only going to use it to put a plate or a glass, or place books or other decorations on top of it like a side/corner table. It’s tiny, very light, easy to move around the house & cute, just perfect for what I was looking for so overall, I like it.

I got this for my two teenie weenies (10 pound dachshunds), so I could take the giant sized dog kennel they had been using when we have to be gone for hours. The teenies fit perfect. I have only used it once so far. I was only gone for a little under two hours and they had managed to work the latch partially open by the time I got back. I don’t know if they would have been able to actually get the door open or not. The kennel feels pretty flimsy but seems put together in a way that it might be able to get away with being flimsy in some areas. The teenies are used to wrestling (for fun) quite a bit when they are in the kennel. I am certain it is all this movement that worked the latch partially open. I need more time to decide if I fully trust the kennel.

It's SO cute. I wanted it to work. i really liked that the door folded along the side. The geometric shapes that form the outside are smooth on the outside and raised on the inside. Who is the focus group here. Let's keep the asthenic clean and keep plastic protrusions INSIDE the crate? Sorry I don't have a pic. Think of it like jeans where the seams are on the inside of the crate. Though unlike jeans, these seams hard plastic that protrude from the crate sides. I'm not sure if the top was like that as well . . .

This is one of the most stylish dog crates I could find that was under $200. My dog loves it but it’s not the best sturdy so I would worry about moving it.

It was easy to assemble and a good size for my minpin, however the plastic around hinge broke and door began to sag and now it's a struggle to close and keep closed
