More bang for you buck!
Wow! This device is much more than I expected for the price. Love the quality look and feel. The materials used are very complementary to the quality look and feel of nearly two thousand dollar iPad attached to it. The use of quality materials adds some weight to it, I believe I read it was 3.19 pounds and it feels like every bit of that. From a feature standpoint this case covers all of the bases and adds a couple of nice features like the 360 degree rotation. As of today brand new out of the box the swivel is tight as a good thing. I wish it had a notch type feel it instead it has a slight resistance with a lock position when turned to center. I will be monitoring the resistance and how it changes over time. Fingers crossed. Both of the other pivot points (360 swivel and hinge in the cover) share this type of resistance, which is pretty good as of this writing. If you are planning on using this case in tablet mode it can be accomplished by swiveling the screen 180 degrees and close the lid, but the gap left by the swivel mechanism leaves a healthy 4mm gap between the keyboard the the back of the iPad which makes this position seem useless. I think I’ll go back on line and purchase the additional protection just in case the hinges don’t hold up.I am an Apple Pencil fan and the lack of any protection from losing my $120 pencil is a drawback for me. The pencil just sits on top waiting to get knocked off and lost. I will have to figure out a work around for that. (Purchased a Ringke Pin sleeve on Amazon)The keyboard is the star here. I am slightly over six feet tall with proportional sized hands and the keyboard layout is noticeably smaller than my laptop but its large enough to feel comfortable enough to write this review. The additional keyboard cover is a nice touch too. Keeps those snack crumbs from finding their way into the slots between the keys. Nice tactile feel when you’re typing. Again back to the feel of quality materials and build quality. The backlight in keyboard is acceptable nothing to write home about. The time the backlit keys setting is annoying at best, irritating at worse. The backlight cuts off quickly when not in use I would guess to extend the lengthy battery life. Another interesting Apple like quality is the magnetic attachment point. The iPad stays securely in place and its pretty easy to use. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer keyboard case for an iPad that doesn’t have an apple logo on it. Not to mention at this price point. As a matter of fact this case is ~$30 more on Doqo’s website.I just received mine today so I will write a long term review in a couple of months of me time. Another weird glitch that has happened several times in the first two days. The keyboard just quits typing, still connected to bluetooth but keys are inoperative. Had to turn off the keyboard and reconnect it to resolve the issue.PROS:Form factor is impressive Apple likeGreat materials and build qualityGreat qwerty keyboard (feels like an actual laptop)CONS:Swivel point is huge (black plastic) point which keeps the keyboard from truly converting to a tablet. No attachment point for Apple PencilDoes not look like adequate drop protection. (I won’t be testing it, at least not on purpose.)I wrote this review just days after I purchased the device. I have been using the case exclusively for the last month and I still love the form factor and the durability of the case. I have not dropped it as yet (fingers crossed) due to the weight and configuration I don’t believe the case would protect your ipad. I can’t say that equivocally because I have not performed a drop test. If you do please record it because I’d love to see it!Thats my take.

Absolutely stunning and functional
*** update the trackpad *** instructions on Amazon product page. The designers get an A+. This case is so beautiful and so functional! The metal and leather design is just so stunning. I feel like this is something from Star Wars. The swivel is so fun with many uses. I turn it 180 when I’m eating (easier to clean screen than keys) and fold it 45 degrees for writing/reading on my lap. It’s solid at 45 degrees.PS: There’s rumors Apple is coming out with 16” iPad soon. If so, I would love Doqo to make this exact case for that size.PROS:- brilliant hinge design and stunning metal/leather aesthetics- Space grey really close to Apple’s space grey- I love the 45 degree drawing angle- Hinges are very strong.- Backlighting isn’t the brightest but definitely more than usable- LOVE the function keys. But would prefer a print-screen button instead of the dock button which I find useless.- Taller than the Apple Magic Keyboard BIG PLUS (less slouching)- Battery life is amazing. 3-4 weeks of everyday, all day use. Backlit on max at night.CONS:- Main swivel is wobbly. Perhaps a wider hinge could fix this? But honestly you don’t really notice it when you’re working.- The keys are decent and completely usable but still feel slightly cheap somehow. This is a minor issue.- Touchpad is definitely the weakest link. Updating helps but palm rejection is non-existent and there’s still occasional lag. I usually leave it off and use an Apple Magic Trackpad. But its still useful as a last resort if I’m in transit.

Solid keyboard case
This keyboard is very nice looking. A bit on the heavy side but seems solid. I’ve had compliments on it as soon as I got it. People thought I got a new laptop. Key feels great for typing. I haven’t figured it out but sometimes it times out in the backlight goes off and I’m not sure how to get it to come back on, but I’m sure I just need to look at the manual. Folds up nicely and just looks very nice.

Beautiful product - exactly what I was looking for in a keyboard case.
Iʻve been through several ipad keyboard cases now and this by far has to be the highest quality case that has the versatility that iʻm looking for (being able to do tablet mode as well as laptop mode). The case itself is well made and very sturdy. Only downside that it is a bit on the heavier side, but all in all I would still give it 5 stars. I look forward to buying from DOQO again.

Touch Pad is not the Best
I like the design and formality of the case, it is very sleek, clean, and in a way minimalistic. The keyboard lighting is a bit on the dim side, but other than that it's still usable. The reason I give it 2 instead of 4 stars is because the name of the product says it's capable with 2021 ipad pro models but when I connect to my iPad, the trackpad is very glitch, randomly clicks on things, and moves on its own, causing me to mess up projects and lose productivity. I contacted Amazon and they said it does not support 2021 ipad models, which contradicts the discription in the title. Good product, good design, decent keyboard, unbearably useless mouse trackpad. (UPDATE #1) After the issue, I contacted Doqo's customer service. I made the mistake to try to resolve my issue through Amazon's customer service, as they were unable to help at all and they were the ones that provided the false information. On the other hand, Doqo got straight to the point and offered a new case and assured that it is in fact compatable with the 2021 ipad pro. I added 1 star (for a new total of 3) thanks to their great customer service. If the new case I get is fully functional, I will add an additional star (for a total of 4). As I feel that the case is very solid and built with good materials. And not to mention it has a function key row, which the magic keyboard doesn't even have. They should look into using the keyboard with safari though, as pressing the space bar acts as it switches around as if I was pressing tab. Other than that, I haven't found anything else yet. We'll see if this issue persists when I get the replacement case.
