These are great! The quality is awesome and they give you a cloth bag as well. I put them on and cannot hear very much. There is enough room in the muffs that you can wear Bluetooth ear buds and still be protected from loud noises.

Pretty nice
I read some people thought this was too small or tight, and although it's snug (I have a larger head) it seems fine. The muffs are adjustable downward which allows them to extend far enough down to comfortably fit over my ears. I'd buy again.
