Contains Lead - carries health warning on packaging
Warning - contains lead!I was reading the assembly instructions and saw that is read 'contains lead, known to cause birth defects, wash hands after handling'.This most definitely is not a hazard I wasn't to expose myself or my family to, nor is it practical to wash your hands every time you use the lock.

Faltschloss mit Nebenwirkungen?
Für dieses Schloss kann ich höchstens 2 Sterne geben. Zwar macht es insgesamt einen wertigen Eindruck, aber es kommt mit einer Warnung zu Gesundheitsschäden wegen der verwendeten Materialien, von der online gar nichts erwähnt wird. Siehe Rückseite der Verpackung!! Auch verwirrend: Lifetime Warranty wird im Deutschen mit 10 Jahre Garantie wiedergegeben. Es geht leider - so wie es geliefert wurde- zurück an Amazon.

Good medium Security Lock
The lock is well made, easy to use and carry on a bike. The product clearly states it is for use either for short periods in town or longer in low risk areas and I would agree with that. I use it to lock my bike when visiting a city centre hospital and it is ideal for that purpose.

Awkward and cumbersome?
Yes, it's a bit fiddly to fit around bike poles and frames, but it is secure and very well made, plus it fits very nicely to the bike frame and convenient so may not be as user-friendly as a wired lock but stronger and easier to carry

Lock jammed in weeks
The lock looked really good, but within a few weeks it had jammed, the wouldn't open. Luckily it jammed when not locked to anything, otherwise it could have been a real problem.Despite being faulty, and just a few weeks old you can't return it. I think the lock might be ok, i liked it, but better to buy it from a bike shop so you can return iit if/when it breaks
