Best product I have found. I have been using this on and off since my granddaughter was 3 and that was 15 years ago. Now I use it for her 6 year old brother when he needs it. I also use it for myself and I'm 55. I can't tolerate the other over the counter laxatives and if I'm starting to get a little backed up I just chew one or two and things just move along 'naturally' like I didn't just take a laxative. My 6 year old lets me know when he needs it and there is no problem with him taking it. It has a great watermelon taste.
