Like Velcro
It is very comfortable and warm, however everything sticks to it like Velcro. Hair, sawdust, hangnails, you name it. Washing it did nothing, and a lint roller is ineffective. It is a shame. It was nice when I first got it, but after a couple of days it looks terrible. Don't get this if you plan to do any kind of manual labor in it.
