Kitchen Accomplice Reduced Sodium Chicken Style Broth Concentrate 12 Ounce

I love these broth concentrates, this is my second time purchasing both the chicken and the beef. The flavors are exactly what I want, I love I can squeeze a bit (I don't measure, lol...) to make a broth or sauce, add more to taste, and they aren't overly salty. I keep in the fridge with the chopped garlic, etc, anything to make dinners quicker (and I hate the sous chef part of chopping everything!). Taste MUCH better than bullion cubes and lasted after the expiration date, I'd love if they came in a smaller size as it's just me, but they lasted perfect so I can't complain. Do I wish they had a bit less ingredients in them? Sure, but that's what I get for convenience and something that takes up minimal space.

I cook... A lot!I use Chicken broth more than any other staple item, but... Buying "Broth" is essentially buying water with a drop of chicken flavor. I'm not a fan of bullion cubes, as they're 95% salt with 5% actual chicken flavor and corn starch to hold them into a cube shape.I picked up a couple of these on clearance in one of the grocery stores and fell in love with it. I use boullion very often. All of the brands add quite a bit of sodium to increase the flavor. Often, so much where the salt is the dominant taste. Kitchen Accomplice is the only brand with deep, chicken flavor that is not overtaken by salt. My new brand of choice.

It gives you the density/flavor control of using powder, but dissolves much easier. It stores in the fridge longer than box stock and takes up less space. Price-wise, it's cheaper than box-stock since for the price of ~2 boxes of stock you get ~4+ boxes of liquid. If you're in doubt, just try it!
