The quality was very pathetic none of the balloons were inflatable except one which too burst on its own after 30-35 minutes of putting it up.Totally waste of money.Please do not buy

Very beautiful! To make confetti attach on balloon you need to use a dry towel or hanki or any dry soft cloth to rub the balloon after blow it. It’s to make electricity then confetti will attach inside of balloon.
