Good value but flow is weaker.
These stem replacements are a good value but the flow hole on the bottom is smaller then the originals. I followed another reviewers advice and popped off the bottom piece and replaced it will the one on the old stem. This was easy and worked great.

Stem is ok, seat and seal are not
I had two bathroom sinks to fix. The first one, I replaced just the stem, and left the old seat and spring in place. It worked perfectly. One slight difference was the water volume was more gradual. This turns out to be a feature that at least one person preferred to the old one. The slot for the water has a notably smaller crescent than the old one. Then on to the second one bathroom. I did the same thing, but it continued to leak. Took it out again and used the provided seat and seal. That fixed the leak, but it made an obnoxious rubber squawk when the handle was turned.Found some older BrassCraft repair kit (0400) that I had from many years ago. Replaced the seal again (that 1/4 inch sized rubber bit). Now it is perfect. Volume is good, no noise, no leaks. The claim that you don't need any other parts wasn't true for me. I was better off using a separate provider for the 1/4 inch seal.As others have noted, but added here for convenience, the little plastic bit that limits the handle movement is not included. Make sure to close the stopper before you work in case that gets away from you when disassembling - you will need it. Make a mental note of where it is supposed to go. The handle was notably difficult to separate from the stem. The new one is a lot easier, which is a plus on that score. One other issue I had to deal with was the shutoff valves. So far 2 of them in my house have failed to do the right thing. One would not turn off properly and let water through, the other leaked copiously out of the valve when it was turned off (but didn't leak when it was turned back on again). I had to buy additional inline shutoffs in order to get the work done. Handy, but expensive things. I just bought the last (good) ones available. Hopefully they will get more, as it looks as though I need to replace all them in the house.

not a quarter turn valve
After installation, with silicon lubricant on the O rings, the valves did not leak. The Delta faucets are supposed to be 1/4 turn to change from off to on. With these faucet stem replacement kits the valves are approximately 1/2turn to change from off to on.

Low-Flow but can be easily remedied
After installing the first replacement valve, it was clear that these are low-flow valves compared to the original ones that were installed. Using a small pick, I carefully removed the bottom plate from the original and replacement valves and put the original high-flow plate on the replacement valve. It was really easy to do and it restored the original flow capacity. If not for this, I would have returned them! The low-flow plate didn't even allow water to come out of the spout until halfway through its full range of travel, which is only a quarter turn to begin with!I decided to put some o-ring grease on the o-rings in order to help prolong the life of them and aid in easy turning of the handles. Overall I'm very pleased with these replacements (once I got the bottom plates swapped out). I included some pics that may help others.

Easy to replace
Works like new but 2 important caveats. Make sure the spring and rubber stopper-washer are inserted correctly in the base of the faucet before inserting the new valve and second pay attention where the white plastic stopper is inserted in the old valve and put it exactly the same place on the old one. Otherwise easy peasy!

Replaced 4 valves on my old Delta faucets . They all fit .
These are the real deal. I don't know why some mention the water flow is too slow .I think their water pressure is just too weak.Tools you will need:LONG NOSE PLIERS to remove bottom gasket and spring .ONE Allen key to guide the gasket and spring. One regular pliers in case the valve is sticky or tough to pull. One wrench ( adjustable is good too ) to remove the big nut that holds the valve. One big advice, turn off the main water supply to the house . Even if you can turn off the faucets .There's a YouTube video on how to do this . Just search "replacing delta RP25513".If you follow the instructions there, you should be good. Word of caution, do not damage the big nut. Also, cover the drain so you do not lose parts down there .

perfect fit
These stems work as designed. The opening on the bottom is a bit smaller than the originals, but they can be removed and swapped out. I figure, a little less water use is ok, and I am washing my hands and I do not need the extra pressure.

Missing shims, half the water pressure of originals.
Be sure you do not toss the old ones before installing these replacements.First, they do not come with the plastic spacers/shims to differentiate between left and right handles. If you had to twist off the old handles as I did, this will be an unsatisfactory purchase.Second, the water flow inlet on these is about half the original delta models, luckily you can transfer the old plates to the new ones. they may not fir perfect, but with a bit of trimming with a utility knife or dremel they will fit in eventually.do not expect a direct swap out, and voila, as this will take some tinkering. I had to reseat and lube them up good with silicone grease a few times before they would not leak.
