Good quality
Good quality Hoop, easy to ensemble it's good and sturdy and hadn't popped apart once unlike some other hoops..... its heavy and took some practice to be able to keep it rotating. I'd recommend if you are used to hooping I wouldn't recommend as a first Hoop but definitely something to work up to. The waist protector is a must Good quality and protects from Al the bruises..

Impressive quality
Well packed and high quality.Assembly was quick and easy. Am yet to master it but the wife already made good use of the hoop and the included sweat belt.A great workout item in our little home gym.

Useless
This item is practically unmanageable as it comes apart very easily as soon as you try to use it. However I did find the Sweat Waist band useful.

It doesn’t click together properly, unusable.
If you love a hoop that completely dismantles and falls apart like a spinster at a wedding, then this is the hoop for you.It doesn’t click in place, it’s completely ineffective, I tried to do one rotation and it all just fell apart. I saw a previous review mentioning this and ignored it, at my peril. The waist trainer seems ok. The tape measure is flimsy.Don’t bother, it’s not worth the effort to return. Why make a product that just doesn’t work? It’s a waste of everyone’s time. Hoop hoop, no hooray.

It was sort of easy to assemble, I did struggle a bit but I did it nonetheless.
