Bernie MevWomen's Catwalk Ballet Flat

Bernie Mev Catwalk are my new favorite shoe. I've been searching for a comfortable flat that can be worn for more than 8 hours for years and I finally found it by chance. The 1st pair were on clearance at DSW for under $20 and I fell in love. I came home and have ordered them on Amazon in 5 other colors. The elastic is woven and stretches providing a glove fit. It's like wearing your favorite slippers but dressed up! The arch support isn't the best but it hasn't bothered me yet. If it does, I'll get inserts. The rest of the shoe is too comfortable. I can easily wear them for over 8 hrs per day. They do get a bit hot in the summer. I slip them off for a few minutes and they cool down quickly. Despite the heat, my foot has not sweat in this shoe at all. The style is very versatile--great with jeans, leggings or a sundress.I normally wear US size 8. I bought these in a EU 38 and they fit perfectly. At least 3 of my co-workers have purchased these after seeing them on me and trying them on.

I really wanted to keep these shoes. I wear a 7.5. Should have followed recommendations in reviews! First I got a 38 - too small, ordered again to get a 39 but got another 38. Ordered from another supplier and got the 39. Still small in toe box. I have tried to stuff the toe box to see how much they might stretch. Next effort will be to get them wet and wear to stretch 😏I do like the shoes and will keep this 39, should have gone for the 40. Not going to be the “go to shoe” I was hoping forReturns to Kohl’s and credits have been a breeze. Note to self, maybe not so great to order shoes online.

I love the shoes; however, they are a bit on the smaller size. I am a true 38; however, not in this shoe or possibly this color (black)! I can wear them but I can feel my toes touching so after a while I need a "toe" break but not because the shoes are hurting my feet but because I feel pressure on my toes! I did not return them because I think the 39 would be too big! I am between sizes so I am hoping that over time they will stretch out as stated in previous posts but no stretching yet!!! The width is perfect for me; however, I need to say that my foot is normal to on the narrow side.

I tired putting insoles in them. One side works and the other..makes the show slip off my foot. Without the insoles, the shoes fit fine. I’d like a little more padding in the sole of the shoe. Walking on oncrete gets hard after awhile. Otherwise comfortable and good for work or off-time

Too small. I always wear a size 8 women’s. Website suggested size 8, but since euro 38 is like a 7.5 to 8 US (which was not made clear on website) they were too small. Definitely more like a 7.5. I had to return for a euro size 39 which is like a 8-8.5 US size.

I normally wear a size 7 and ordered the Euro 38, as the chart indicated. I do not normally wear slim widths, but these are just a tad too wide, however I don't think the Euro 37 would be long enough. They are really cute and look good with jean, slacks, or leggings.

Nothing to dislike. I wear them every day as they can be used for all occasions. The colors are true and fabulous.

Overall, the shoe was too small in length. I ordered the next size larger (from another company, since Amazon did not have the next larger size) and it, too, was too short in length. I am going to try one more time with still the NEXT larger size! Also, the box contained a color I did not order. I think that this shoe runs short...or that the elastic construction just makes it feel short. I'm not sure which it is.
