This would have been a lovely mug ideal present, but arrived broken in pieces and badly packagedPacked in light cardboard box, no fragile markings arrived in pieces. Sent seller pics. Obvious this mug is no good to anyone I was made to go through the process of arranging for a label to be printed, and standing in a queue in the post office to return in order... still waiting refund 14 days on
