Better than a no trespass sign

The boyfriend and I live on the upper floors of a high-rise apartment in urban Los Angeles. This sign, strategically placed on the side of my home office desk, can be seen from the trash bins on the ground floor, where sketchy looking folks were throwing away their garbage, looking up and eyeing the bling of a large-screen PC. At that distance, what is most visible is the image of the gun, which is distinct and clear enough to send a message. Go 'head and move along.Also, bizarrely, a new crop of tenants are now living among us. Instead of walking around the corner to get to a bus stop, they routinely climb over a high wall located behind the trash bins, and will lift their bicycles, baby strollers, minor children and everything else over the wall before jumping over it themselves. So we're suddenly observing people who don't see the need to enter or leave the property with their door key, via the lobby front doors, as all the other tenants do. While they're doing these gymnastics, our apartment and the contents of our living room are visible to them through the sliding glass patio doors on our balcony. We're highly unlikely to become victims of a burglary via way of a window or balcony, due to the sheer height of how high up we live. But this sign sends the intended message.

The sign is cool but it’s flimsy and showed up all bent out of shape.
