this is amazing especially for the price!! setup was a bit annoying because you have to connect to 2.4hz internet. i googled it and enabled the correct wi-fi on my router and connected pretty easily. no issues with my preexisting wifi. picture is decent. you can see the whole room perspective. night vision is great! you can speak to them which i stopped doing because it feels mean but still good feature. and you can start an alarm. i have no reason to save the recordings - i just want to monitor my cats when away - so that’s not an issue for me. it would be nice to get a notification when uthere’s movement but honestly i’m on this app too much already so that’s not even necessary. very impressed with this purchase!

I had it set up in 5 minutes! It was a steal so I decided to buy it to watch my 3D printer. My printer runs constantly and I'm tired of getting up to go see when the prints are finished. This was on sale and thought I'd give it a try. Popped it out of the box attached it to the wall with double sized foam tape, downloaded the app and literally 3 minutes scanned QR code on the side of the camera and it linked perfectly to my Wi-Fi. Beware it only works with a 2.4ghz. I fourtunately have 2.4 and 5. It won't work on 5ghz. That's it. First photo is of my printer in total darkness.

This camera is junk. Don’t waste your money. It worked ok for a few weeks now all of a sudden or for disconnected and willNot for the life of me connect again at all. My other one I got to reconnect but this one no. Junk. It does not come up anywhere at all. Does not connect to wifo any way until all and won’t scan the code that comes up. So it’s trash and I wasted money it’s been sitting here for months not even working or connected so I have tried multiple times not letting it sit unplugging it letting it rest resetting it. Nope. Junk trash. Garbage don’t waste your money like I did. Get a Wyze can there excellent and connect in two seconds. The main reason I got these was because I read that you can watch live grid view with multiple of these cameras at same time. So I wasted my money and got two not even just one. Well that’s a lie. You can’t even watch one live unless you click on which one you want to watch and it brings you to that camera itself. You can’t anyways watch both live at same time like Wyze cam let’s you. And I also read tbat it gave you so many days to go back and watch for free without paying. That’s a lie. You can’t watch nothing without paying. And one of mine I can’t even get to connect at all it’s trash

Bought this camera to keep an eye on my puppy, worked great, yeah some issues of going off online a few times, but it’s good. There was an update to the app and the sound and motion notifications were removed, couldn’t find any ay to get it back, there is an option on for feedback, I sent a message as my last resort and I get a customer service reply, yeah it was kind of weird because they didn’t give a name but I explained the issue and they sent an update and everything is fine now.

I didn't want to spend a lot, and gave this a shot as I wanted to catch which of my pets was having accidents at night on my rug. This set up easily, has a good app, and the picture quality and sound are amazingly good. It could easily be used for any purpose where you want to catch what's happening because the motion and sound sensor work perfectly and are extremely sensitive. The one thing is that you must have a Micro SD card for it to work - the only other option is to pay to set up cloud storage. There's no other way for it to save the video's. I had to go and buy a micro SD card and now it's perfect. Set up was easy - but note it needs a 2.4 wifi band to work. Night vision is great too. It picked up clear images in my house that's pretty dark at night. The culprit was caught very clearly doing her business at 3AM! Highly recommend.

Setup didn't work per the instructions but I was able to figure it out. I put this inside by the window, looking out, to monitor my driveway. Movement detection is rudimentary at best. It can detect when a car enters my driveway, but not if only a person. It is very good at detecting trees swaying a little bit in the breeze. This combination makes the motion detection rather useless. But it does provide a good picture when I just want to look at what's going on.

I paid $12 for these so your mileage may vary if you pay a lot more, however these are great. The picture quality is NOT 1080p quality, its maybe 2mp, however its clear enough to see whats going on in your house.The phone app is generally pretty responsive, has a timeline feature so you can scroll to whenever you want. The PC/web app doesn't have this functionality unfortunately. The app is a generic one, "MIPC" so a whole bunch of different IP cameras use the same thing so don't buy this expecting support from this amazon listing/company re the app.Mounting and install is easy, a mounting/drilling template would've been nice but you can easily make yourself one with a postit note.The field of view isn't amazing, its not wide angle by any means but its wide enough that most situations i've wanted it for have been easily covered.I've only been using the local storage, so no idea how the cloud storage goes but wasn't willing to spend monthly on it. SD card is <$10 and the 64g cards I got store over a month of motion capture clips.For a low price you can't really beat it. Get one today! Discover who has been eating your sweet rolls.

Great budget friendly baby monitor. Glad I came across this on here for my new little one. Haven't tried the night vision yet but the picture quality is good for what we use it for. I especially like the talk feature so I can warn off my toddler from disturbing the baby in his room while he's asleep. Only negative is I may need to buy a 2nd camera to place in a different spot as this thing has to stay plugged into an outlet for it's power versus it having a rechargeable battery for portability.
