Alright, let me preface by saying that I love cupping, especially the fire cupping with the acupuncturist. I also own a plastic culling set for home use, and have an extension tubing where I can do it myself, but reaching behind my back can be pretty difficult when I have to press the cup onto my skin for a while to get a manual pump suction. This is the first electronic cupping set that I own, and in short, I'm impressed.It's only one cup, but trust me, you don't want more than one since it will be too much to handle. There are 5 levels of suction, but level 1 is all I can handle. It's also set to turn off automatically for 1-2 minutes, but a few seconds are all I can handle. Lastly, there are 3 heat levels, but level 1 is all I can handle. This is coming from someone who loves cupping: be very careful and only start at the lowest level! To stop the suction, long press the suction button! This is very important because it can get painful quickly depending on your pain tolerance and you need to know the emergency stop. Another way to emergency stop is to press down on the skin closest to the rim and remove the cup.It remains continuously on so I can just move it around after a few seconds. To be honest, suction level 1 is way too much for me to even do scraping, so I just stick to cupping. I love that I can place it wherever my hands can reach, and it suctions fast so it'll stick on the skin. I think the red light is infrared so I just leave it on as an extra bonus. I really like it so far!

Holy cow! The suction on this device is really strong. Even on the lowest setting. I thought this would be easier than using suction cups to ward off cellulite, but damn - it was too painful. So I guess it's doing what it should. It just really hurts. And using an oil didn't help at all. Other than that, it arrived quickly and was in perfect condition.

Pentasmart cupping set is interesting. This tool is trying to achieve 3 different treatment goal with 1 thing. Coming from Asian heritage I am used to getting cupping done. I have a set of plastic cupping cups at home that sometimes I would work on my wife.Pentasmart cupping set comes with just ONE cupping machine. After charging the machine I immediately try on my shoulder which is sored a lot from work. I try on the low and medium cupping pressure but is doubtful the pressure I was feeling which is minimal. I then jump to the highest level. I finally start to feel the cupping sensation where I usually would feel. I remove the machine after 15 min of usage and it does leave a “red/bruised” circle where you would see after cupping and the shoulder feels a little bit less tension after usage. One thing with 1 cupping machine is you have to go under several treatments session to get multiple spot done where with my plastic cupping set everything can be done in 1 session.Heat on the machine is minimal, I do not feel much at all during the treatment session. I say it is easier to use heating pad or bean bag after the treatment to be more effective if needed.As for GuaSha function I have not use it with this machine yet. But the idea is apply massage oil or lotion on the area you want to work on and run the cupping machine up and down the area to “stimulate” the blood flow of the whole area and not just one area.Pentasmart 3 in 1 cupping itself is functional. But I see myself not using it much since you can only “treat” one point at a time where my plastic cupping set can treat multiple area at the same time. I would probably use it with the plastic set. 4-star for Pentasmart 3 in 1 cupping set.

It has 5 suction levels, 3 heat settings and a red light therapy feature. And, the significant other really likes the pink color, she said it's better than just a plain white plastic body.Based on these initial impressions, it earns a 4.75+ star rating, with a very high level recommendation.
