Bought these for my wife and she immediately noticed how soft they felt. She burned up one of them trying to make it hot but she did not and had not read the instructions. No problem with the second one though. I'd suggest you read the instructions before trying to use this. It is NOT a rice pack.

Product is nice. Scent is even good.

I think this will last a while. It gives off a strange scent the first few times you hear it but that has stopped after the 3rd heating. I love it.

The smell is somewhere between menthol and eucalyptus. Kind of odd...the makers clearly have never smelled lavender before. I really want to dislike the product because of that, the unclear heating instructions (the box and "quick start guide" say different things), and the lack of information about what is inside of the wrap (box says that it is filled with "natural organic".)But darn it, it's really comfortable. It conforms to my neck/shoulders well and doesn't fall off without me having to fasten it around my neck in the front. It also gets decently warm and stays warm about as long as similar products that I have owned in the past.It doesn't frame my boobs as well as the photo would suggest, though. So I guess be warned about that.

It's not bad. Some might love the smell. I didn't.It's a very moist warm. Nice material.
