Despite other comments stating that the sign was thin wood and not sturdy enough, I believe the thickness is just right. I was expecting the gold color to have more luster (shine), but it is kinda dull. I have read other comments saying that the seller communicated with them and sent a proof for approval. I emailed the seller 2x. First time a couple of hours after placing the order to request a cancellation. This is a gift for a friend who is expecting a baby and right after I placed the order, her sister told me she had order the same sign from Etsy. Since I never heard back from the seller and understanding that the cancellation was a long shot, I emailed the seller again asking if i could approve the deign before (Thinking I could have change the first letter to make it different from the one from Etsy). I never got a response from the seller, not even the courtesy of telling me this was not possible.

I was privileged to become a Grandmother three times in two years. Once the baby's name was confirmed I purchased one for each child's wall decor over the crib. Beautifully painted in Gold, which was my choice. Looks so nice in each baby's room.

Packaged with care. It was bubble wrapped and taped inside of the cardboard box. This is the second one I’ve purchased from this company and they both came out beautiful!Only thing I wasn’t the hugest fan of is that one of my daughter’s names starts with a G so it looks like a lowercase g for her name and my other daughter’s name starts with an A and it is a capital A. They share a room, so the whole purpose of me buying them both the signs was so they were kind of matchy, so it was a little disappointing.Also, this is a thin sign. It’s current hung with that blue putty that doesn’t damage walls. It’s very light weight.

Bought one for each of my kids for Christmas. They look awesome and came out so nice! There isn't anything on it to hang so I just bought command picture hanging strips. I attached the signs to their bedroom doors and the strips are barely visible. I love them!

Unfortunately I should've gotten this item from another seller. Before placing my order I carefully measured to see what size I wanted. One wall in my daughter's nursery is completely bare so I chose the largest size possible, 24"Wx12"H. When the package arrived and I started opening it up I immediately felt like the signs may be smaller than what I was expecting. I took out my measuring tape and sure enough it was smaller, at least half an inch in the height and width. The signs are also extremely thin. My 11 month old daughter grabbed one of them to play with as I was measuring the other and she almost snapped it in half. If I pay extra for a specific size and look, that's what I expect. I'm not happy with this purchase and won't be placing another order with this company in the future.

Although these are beautifully made, excellently packaged and I absolutely love the product....Unfortunately, they did not arrive in time to be used for our event. I paid extra for shipping and they came almost a week after promised. I would order again...but, MUCH EARLIER!!

Happy love decor is a considerate business and responds in a timely manner. The product itself, is feeble.We received a broken product. We contacted Happy Love Decor on the same day, and they responded within 24 hours. They happily shipped us a FREE replacement... the only issue was it arrived broken again. I believe it occurred during shipping, and decided that glue would have to do so we could finally hang the decor. Thank you Happy Love decor, please consider making sturdier products by changing thickness or perhaps, using a different type of wood material.

Packed well and came out beautiful! I used it on my daughter’s senior board.
