I was given the machine from my sister who just didn’t use it anymore! The machine needed to be discalced but she had since lost the disc so I purchased this after checking it was correct for the model of machine I have & reviews. Firstly I ran into issues when the machine refused to accept the bar code!! So it didn’t work at all. Ended up having to buy a more expensive one which was the same maker as the machine!!

Didnt come with any instructions and the writing on the packet was so small couldnt read it!!! Tried to use it as i thought it might be used after using other in the past. But didnt work???

The disc worked well, didnt need the tablets, although i tried one but it blocked the water feed pipe, so will continue to use liquid to clear lime scale

Works well and as it should for the machine its design for, but no instruction for use if like i your buying it to replace a lost one from a used machine you've bought recently then try find the instructions before it arrives, they're mostly in german online.

Does what it says on the box. The tablets are easy to use with my coffee machine and the servicing disc works well for rinsing the coffee machine.
