Just arrived so can’t speak to durability, but love it! The detail is very nice. Ring is not too big for females and not too small for males. Super happy with the purchase and result! My dad loved that I am wearing our family crest and the entire family now wants one for Christmas now.

The engraving is so small that even with perfect vision, you can’t make it out without a magnifying glass. The ring is also hollow on the inside, making it feel flimsy, cheap, and uncomfortable to wear. Don’t waste a penny on this one.

There's a great reason for this story so stick with me here ... I have always loved my grandfathers safety razor. A razor that's still beautifully usable to this day after having been brought with him as he emigrated Germany for America during WWII. Unfortunately it's one of the only family heirlooms that our family has and it's certainly not a very practical one. After all, there's only so many times your self grooming is something that comes up in casual conversation. And THAT is what makes this ring the perfect gift for father's day!!! My son purchased this custom ring for me with our own family crest he tracked down from our roots in Germany! The ring came in amazing condition and the etched design is something I see lasting a very very long time. There's no gimmick... there's no third rate materials... and the price reflects that. The fact my son was able to find a product that allowed him to make a new quality family heirloom for our family to pass on was beautiful. And I'd be happy to back that opinion up!

I found the cap of the ring well done, and the engraving clean. The fit is decent, so acceptable. However, the back of the cap hollow, so it's not entirely comfortable, and the amount of metal is far less than it appears, so it's far (physically) lighter than one should expect for a ring of this size.I won't be returning it as it's acceptable for daily wear, but I will be looking for another higher quality one for dress wear.

I like the idea however YOU CAN’T SEE THE DESIGN!I thought the ring would be a little bigger so that one can see the design but you can’t! I do not recommend it unlike the manufacture make a wide top to the ring perhaps square the round and oval cuts off the design.

TO ACTUALLY SEE THE CREST AND READ IT AND SEE THE DETAILS IS UNDER A MAGNIFYING GLASS ... NORMAL EYE VIEW IMPOSSIBLE TO READ .... ALSO THOUGHT PART OF THE BACKGROUND OF DESIGN WOULD BE DARKENED/BLACK AND/OR THE CREST WOULD BE IN COLOR ... AD SHOWED A COLORED CREST ...

The detail is remarkable, so the manufacturing process is obviously very precise. The ring back is hollow, so it’s not a comfort ring by any stretch. I’m very pleased with the product.

I’m a man. This ring is teeny. Like a woman’s ring. The crest is so small you can’t tell what it is. You can’t even make out the last name. Not at all a happy shopper.
