Emergency Purchase
We already had 4 bunnies in their custom-built spaces but when we adopted another one, we needed somewhere to keep him separate for a few weeks till we transitioned him with the others. Amazon Prime quick delivery was the best option. It did the job.

Poor quality
I saw mixed reviews on this, but thought I’d take the good reviews and give the company the benefit of the doubt.Sadly I was wrong - this has arrived damaged in 3 places, the hinges that were pre-attached to the roof were in the wrong place and back to front. It took us ages to remove them, put them back in the right place/the right way around before finishing being able to attach the roof - the screws provided for this are nowhere near sturdy enough though and so we are going to have to buy replacement hinges.The bracket to hold the roof open is way too “chunky” and it scrapes the roof inside when you close the roof, so we are taking that off.Whilst this looks lovely, it’s just not worth the money when it arrives so badly damaged

Easy to put on and can still use whilst on
It’s really good and fits well plus can still get to the different doors, the only reason for the 4* is it would be nice to access the top lid without having to remove the whole cover so maybe a extra zip/Velcro. But overall is good and dry and can still access

Poor quality
Not fit for 2 rabbits, looks larger on the photo's. Some parts were broken when getting out of the box (could be damaged through transport) suppose we can never know.Not sturdy, poor quality wood, not returning due to having to take it down & return cost.

Excellent customer service
Brilliant for my guinea pigs, put there food on the bottom so the would go up and down, they love it, had it for a few months now and with the British weather the way it is I have been able to leave the cover on and just open up the access panels when it's been warm, cover is easy to remove to clean it out, and the tray is very easy to clean if you have a garden hose, I scrape off any excess and spray with a pet cleaner give it a quick scrub and then wash off with the hose, just wish I could extend the base out the front more to give them more of a grass area instead of having to move it so often, I've had to buy an extra run but at least il have somewhere to put them when I clean them out, side note for retailer please mark all your cages with 'fragile' stickers as one panel did get broken but I have had a replacement piece which did arrive in one piece and with a fragile sticker on it, and maybe look into making it a little sturdier on uneven ground, I've found it trys to twist to fit the ground when the my piggys have the case of zoomies but all in all great hutch
