Spidertech Full Knee Therapeutic Precut Kinesiology Tape (Blue)

I have loved the Spidertech tape for several years. During PT before and after knee replacement surgery the tape was the best at giving me the support I needed. I'm in the rehab stage and doing well but I still love the stability and support I get from this Full Knee product, I use it when at the gym and for my daily walking, you can't go wrong with this product!

Die Tapes lassen sich gut anlagen, wenn man sich vorher die Beine rasiert.Hält aber nur ca. 5 Tage, dann schwindet die Haftkraft.Die Wirkung ist trotzdem da.

I was looking for a tape alternative to a knee brace when I hike and I’ve used k tape in the past but thought this ‘kit’ was a great idea instead of carrying a big roll with me. Yesterday, I tried it out to give a trial run before taking it on a hike. I followed the directions carefully (and have experience with the regular tape, so I think I was doing a good job). I was fairly impressed for a few hours; knee felt stronger on stairs and brisk walking with the dog for a few miles. After about six hours, however, the tape began to unroll. There was zero stickiness left. Not even 24 hours! My k tape roll knee bracing will stay on many days. This kit is not worth its price and it will not become a part of my hiking first aid kit. I’ll stick to a roll from another brand and scissors.
