A great option for restful nights.
This was a very welcome supplement and I have tried many. I gave this to several friends and they all report a better, restful sleep! Great product. Helps with stress too.

Helps me sleep through the night! I don't wake up as frequently and get to sleep much faster than I used to (sometimes it took me hours but now it is within 30 minutes :-) )
