Denon Home Theater - AVR-X4300H + Denon HEOS 1 Speaker

Where to start. I really wanted to love this product. The music, movies, games sounds great. I've owned this receiver for about 3 months now, using it every day. So i know the quirks with it.Video-The main reason i purchased this product was that it had 3 outs. I have my cable box, PC, Firestick and Xbox going to HDMI in. HDMI out i go to my Primary TV, and Living room TV. I can turn off each separately and keep the other one on with what ever device. But through testing, really only the primary out works for 4k. It will not split my PC, or xbox. It will Separate the Comcast box and Fire Stick just fine. I can have both on at the same time no image quality issue. The main issue is that if i turn on the main Out, it starts making zone 2 start blinking on the display, to fix it i simply have to restart my cable box.HEOS- The sound going to the HEOS speaker has a 1.5 second delay. No way to adjust it to match the TV. The app is so crappy, some times it works and othjer times it doesn't. If i want everything to wrk the way i want i have to restart the reciever/ HEOS speaker. It does not switch between the different IN puts smoothly, without restart.Sound- If you have this thing all dialed in, it sounds great.Other thoughts -I had to buy premium HDMI cables to make this thing work. I suggest Pluglug HDMI cables. The unit worked better before the updates. When i first hooked it up, it would do HDR pass through, now it does not. This device has some really nice features, but it is not ready for prime time, if you are a techy person that likes to solve problems, its not so bad.I really have been debating weather to give this 3 or 4 stars for a month now, For the price i would have wished it worked as advertised. I would probably do a trade in program when they come out with the new model. Hold off for now, Imho.

The AVR-X4300H was received and is working great. The Denon HEOS 1 hasn't been received and that's why the low rating. If this was an error in advertising, somehow I should've been notified and allowed to make another selection.
