NauticaMen's Pacific Beach Watch

Beautiful watch. First time I am trying a sport watch and especially with this size. I'm usually wear a thin dress watch with max thick about 10mm and no more than 40mm in case diameter. For reference, my wrist size is 180mm. The description said 44mm in case diameter but in fact is 46mm and 12.5cm in thickness. If the description said 46mm, I would have not bought it. But since have it on my wrist, I have grown to love it. It has a noticeable weight, the band is of a soft with a bit of stretchable rubber; So it is very comfortable to wear. The dial and band color match perfectly. The hour index and bezel mark are in contrast with the dial color make it very easy to look at. The only thing I wish they make it differently is the bezel, too bad it is not rotate able.

The watch was shipped to me bubble wrapped and in a brown envelope. They sent me a watch shipped like they were shipping a T-shirt. I called Nautica and asked if that is how they mail out watches. The answer was NO! I’m now feeling as though my prime membership does not always guarantee professional shipping, ( even though I paid for shipping and handling)….I’ve purchased watches before from Amazon and even $25 Dollar Timex or Casio watches arrive in a box.Update, I bought another watch from Nautica’s website. Shipped professionally as it should. BUT, the watch had a broken stem/crown. I sent that back and I’m still waiting on my initial payment to be refunded. This is the second new Nautica watch with the very same problem I had to return. Their customer service response is generic AI generated mumbo jumbo B.S. that they use over and over again.Sorry to say, but Nautica is a very poor quality watch company. Junky cheap products and zero customer support. Minor league watch manufacturer.Update… It took Nautica over 30 days to refund my money. I had to pay my own shipping and handling to return the watch as they claimed they don’t cover that charge. To ALL you folks pondering on which kind of waterproof watch to buy; do not buy Nautica.Horrible company and horrendous customer support.
