DWE7480 Type I
I love that product as other manufacturers claim to have the correct serial number from DeWalt, however THIS manufacture is correct. I ordered one prior to this that was to wide .53inches this one is the .5 that you are looking for

Do not fit to DWE7491 RS table saw
The old original brushes are wider. Dewalt made a lot different motors, and it is so complicated to find proper brushes for them. So, it is better to measure the old brush before order. I suppoose some DWE 7491 table saws have these narrow brushes.

Does not fit the type 3 DEWALT table saw
When I ordered I just looked at the model # and not the type, the type 3 are wider and heavier spring.

Not even close to fitting
I contacted Dewalt with my table saw model #, even showed them a pic of the info plate, and they confirmed that this was the correct part #. The brushes I received were way too big to fit into the brush holders. I even tried cutting them down in width to see whether I could make them fit but there was just no way. They were too big in all 3 spatial dimensions. Well, I guess they were the wrong size in the dimension of time as well because I wasted lots of it to get nothing done.
