Pura Cleen Rx Xtreme Cleen Disinfectant Spray - Concentrate - 32 oz.

WARNING: ODOR IS VERY STRONG. I purchased this to wash the linens b/c of my husband's athlete's foot and to wash 2 feral cat's bedding to prevent any ringworm issues that might be present. I followed the instructions included and added 2 oz to a full HE load. Even after 2 separate rinses the odor of was so strong I had to move the air drying items outside. The odor caused my chest to hurt although I didn't experience difficulty breathing, however, I would warn anyone with asthma or other lung condition triggered by odors/ chemicals to use with extreme caution. I never got used to the smell- it was constantly present and unpleasant- it smells like a strong cleaner to me, not soap as some have indicated. I'm really hoping it dissipates once the items are dried. I don't doubt the solution will work for what it claims, re: antibacterial/ viral/ fungus destroyer, but I don't understand why companies have to add such noxious perfumes to their product.UPDATE: After drying the odor seems to almost completely dissipate, which is a huge relief, however, I would still exercise caution while items are wet if you have any odor sensitivities. Upgrading to 4 stars with the resolution to the strong odor.

I used this product after a ringworm outbreak in my foster kitten room and haven't had any problems since then. I added it to my steam cleaner for the carpets, mixed up a batch in a spray bottle and sprayed down all the furniture and surfaces, and added it to every load of laundry. I also drive weekly dog transports and use it to clean the crates between passengers, especially when we transport puppies that aren't fully vaccinated. The aroma is clean and very pleasant, so you'll want to use it everywhere!

I was really disappointed by this product. The claims are TOO good to be true, alas. The only fungi this is active against is the kind that causes athlete's foot and Candida yeast infections. The claims are outrageous. Lysol disinfectant spray has greater fungicidal activity - Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum, both toxic molds for only $4.99 including Candida albicans & Trichophyton metagraphytes (tathlete's foot causing fungi). I would have asked for refund but the bottle goes quick. You need to use "full strength" for laundry purposes.

This is my all time favorite cleaner. I have used it to eliminate mold, mildew, pet dander, etc. Also, I have used it in my front loading machine to sanitize items that cannot be cleaned with bleach or hot water. It has a pleasant odor and for an OCD clean freak like me, I would buy it forever.HOWEVER, I put it in my cart for repurchase on 07/01/18 and the shipping charges were almost 2x the product cost. Hopefully, this is a mistake, so I won’t be removing a star. That’s just how great this Xtreme Cleen performs.My pic is the tiny bottle for keeping my makeup area clean and is the very last I have remaining since the shipping rate went up. :(

I bought this product to deal with a ringworm outbreak caused by the adoption of two kittens. I was a little nervous reading all the warnings but I have to say I love the stuff. I dilute it in a spray bottle and use it like windex. Smells great and I've used it on my cloth sofa, bed, curtains and of course counters. I've even used it in the washing machine. The concentrated liquid will last a long time when diluted.Gives me peace of mind!

A perfect multipurpose, powerful disinfectant, fungicide, etc. that can also be used in the laundry making it stand out from other hospital grade products. At a dilution rate of 2oz per gallon of water, this less bulky jug actually goes a long way and really lasts. The pleasant smell is so much nicer than the strong chemical or bleach odors in some other products. With the farm and stores, I buy a variety of the hospital grade disinfectants. Each has a specific benefit I need. This is my favorite go to product for indoors and it's a gift from God if you're cursed with mites and/or scabies.

This product is great. The bottle lasts a long time and I use it every where in my home. I put in in a spray bottle to disinfect fabrics and hard surfaces (Including hardwood floors) and even add it to my laundry. I foster dogs and killing germs and fungus (ring worm) important to me and is how I found this product. I highly recommend it.

The cleaner itself is fantastic. Cleans and disinfects. Anyone with elderly, disabled or pets would benefit from using this cleaner. People with compromised immune systems cannot be put at risk of common viruses. I wipe down anything touchable with the diluted solution as directed. No flu for me this year so far. Amazon leaves on porch and then advises they handed to resident. This is a chronic issue with delivery.
