No Instructions and missing washers
Once up and running, this works just fine and does the job. But it comes with no instructions so you have to figure things out by looking at the Amazon photos and video on Amazon. Also, my lot arrived with only 12 washers which took a while to realize because there weren't any instructions. So I had to go online to order refills. Now I have 1,000 grommets and 510 washers. From the Amazon site, there's no indication of how to contact the maker/seller so I just paid up for the refills to get it all over with.

Great tool
Really handy robust tool which has done a few medium size jobs and seems fine

Some reviewers are using it incorrectly
Don’t be put off by some of the reviews or reviews including videos. They are using it incorrectly. The side of the eyelet with the channel should fit over the prong and the small disk should be on the flat side. That was where I nearly made the same mistake and realised I had them the wrong way. Once in properly they work well. And I made a corset out of denim, with cotton lining and heavy interlining. It cut through all three of those layers very well. It’s convenient that you don’t have to cut the fabric out. But for a better finish at the back, I did cut the cut holes freehand first (but I wanted it to look perfect). All in all, not bad for the price. I would like to remove the section and swap to use different size eyelets but am not sure if that’s possible.
