My vespa was stolen
My vespa was stolen in plain sight, so it must of happened relatively quickly. They managed to pry off the disk break lock, so I believe the quality is lacking.

The perfect little bike alarm!
Zena makes some of the best bike alarms out there and this one is no exception. It works great, it's high tech, beautiful, small enough to hide under most seats and loud as h*ll. I don't need to use it much but I'm glad I have it for the times I need it. It's very easy to use and very solid, a great deterent to any thief. When the battery gets weak, it beeps once every few minutes to let you know it needs replacing. Wanna keep your bike? Then get this alarm!

Sensitive but it works
I actually use this Zena lock on my Kawasaki sport bike. It works very well and fits on my brake rotors with no problem despite the fact that it is for a scooter. I purchased it due to its size and weight. I have a small locking compartment next to my handlebars that this fits into perfectly. The screamer on the device is very loud but one downside is how sensitive the lock is to movement. While sitting stationary on the brake rotor, if the wind blows the screamer goes off. I have simply removed the battery as an added wheel lock is still a good theft deterrent.

So so
When I first got it I used it every time I stored my moped. However, it is a hassle to put on so I have gotten lazy and don't use it any more. It does put out a loud sound, but, sometimes, it just whimpers. I don't know why. I should not be so lazy, and use it regularly, but, that's life...

Sensitive and easy to use
The biggest strength of this alarm lock is also its biggest weakness. It is very sensitive. Bump into your bike, it goes off. Sit it up right, it goes off. Wind blows your cover too hard? Yep, its gonna go the F off.I only use it when I park my bike somewhere away from home when I will be away from it for a bit. Like the pub or grocery store. It is better used as an alarm than lock really. Nobody will notice it before trying to mess with your bike and it WILL go off.I use a big chain lock at home instead of this because sometimes my dust cover will get hit with wind and set it off.

a lot of features in a small package....but
this is a great idea, and it does work, but if it's in a dark place (like when you're storing it) it will arm itself and the alarm will sound on it's own. it can also be a challenge to unlock it without setting it off, because you usually have to turn the key back and forth until it completely engages in the cylinder.i would recommend this to a friend, but it's not perfect.
