For this for my husband as a bday gift and he loved it. I’ve ended up using it as much as him! It’s so comfortable and satisfying’ the warming and massage combo feels so relaxing on back and neck and actually relieves our headaches as well as sore shoulders / tension etc. best gift I’ve given and glad I get to benefit from it to!

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law who say they gave everything , my daughter in law went mad on it and has used it several times , I also have one and it’s perfect for my neck and shoulders although you can use it in most places and it also has a heat setting

This is ace after a year of neck pain physio and micro wave neck pillow i have found something that has actually relieved the pain using daily at the moment ..

Bought this today as sat at pc all day! Nearly fell asleep… so relaxing and fantastic massage into neck and shoulders. One of best things I’ve ever bought!

Massage process is quite good, but I find the whole thing extremely awkward and frustrating. The controls are too high up to be easily managed during use and actually holding the thing in place causes tension
