Best gym tool I have purchased so far. Size was bigger on me at first with medium but the seller was greatly helpful and supportive in exchanging into small size (since I am more lean body type). This this very unsophisticated and easy-to-use workout weight lifting belt. Once learned how to use it, and find your best fitting size, it’s simple to tighten and loose when lifting and resting during workout. Though this was my first belt buy, I have looked and read of other belts and I found this one is simply good that is not too big and not too small. If performing deadlifts or any bending movements, smaller size of this belt that puts around waist allows that. Over all and as my first purchase of this belt, I am sufficiently satisfied with it and the seller.
