Aug 10th will be the 3rd week that I've been using the Performance Inspired Joint Support Plus. I wanted to use the product long enough to give an honest review and could have last week. I got this specific product because of the brand name and the Boswellia & Hyaluronic Acid in addition to the Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM for my knees. I had a slight discomfort walking down the stairs and on the treadmill, if the incline was greater than 4, my knees ached afterward. Neither is an issue any longer! I took this bottle with me on a cruise and walked up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator a lot of the time without discomfort to my knees. The best part? My knuckles felt great!! I guess I was used to them being stiff and didn't notice they bothered me until it just happened to dawn on me one day that my fingers felt different. I could bend them easily and they are slightly smaller (very noticeable when putting on a ring, but otherwise the size is a subtle but welcome difference). With such a reasonable price for these effective ingredients, I'm beyond pleased with this product! Give it a try.

I purchased this for my sister. She said that this was endorsed by some weel known fitness trainer, so she knew it was a good product.

I'm a fan of this brand but they can't all be winners I guess. Its ingredients are a huge mix of stuff,the important ingredients are probably too low for it to be effective 😔There's way better joint supplements on Amazon than this one. Buy a better one. Tablets are actually kinda big & hard 😣 too swallow.Overall its just ok.Can't recommendWont buy these again.

This one is a keeper! I usually get at Vitamin Shoppe but they are completely sold out. Bummer that I have to wait but I’ve tried so many and this one is fast and effective and I do t want to lose the effects. My knees and hips dont hurt anymore. For perspective…. Im 61 yo. WF. 143 lbs and now my weight lifting has decreased to about once a week due to work schedule and I walk a few miles a week.
