These DVDs are the best part of my exercise routine! I love them and look forward to my exercise everyday for the past 9 years (since 2013). Love her books, too!

Don't spend your money on this DVD, there are better YouTube channel on the subject. Just a few exercises who take ages, I put it on fast forward as it was very slow. I have some Pilates DVD who are far much better than this one
