It functions as intended, but needs a volume button to control the level of sound it puts out.

Got these for both kids. Didn't want to buy a super expensive not knowing how much they will actually use it. Both kids love them just wished there was a way to turn down the volume when turning them on.

So this is my second purchase on this. The first one I bought the battery only lasted about 6 months. For the price of a new battery is the price as a new board. So I bought another board and purchased the warranty with it this time. Hopefully the warranty states it will cover what all they say they cover. It wasn't packed perfect either. They put it in a box and then in another box that was too big. Sorry didn't have pics cause hunny opened it before I got home. It powered up real quick. Going to re wrap it for my daughter for Christmas

My kids love this hoverboard. The reason it isn't 5 star when you turn it on it says something in a foreign language.

First hover board worked fine for about a week. Then one of the wheels would randomly stop working! VERY DANGEROUS for my daughter. Tried another time- the deck on the second one wouldn’t level. My daughter would be riding with one foot pointed up. Not good for balancing. Returned them both- full refund which was great.
