I used to use 3 tablespoons twice daily of Costco psyllium, which has an orange flavor.With this, I use 2 tablespoons twice daily with equal effect. No taste, larger husk particles, but does the job. Better price too.

This product works as it supposed to. It has an earthy taste, but it is what you should expect when taking an Organic Psyllium Whole Husks product. This particular brand is lower in natural mineral properties as an organic product and I will definitely purchase it again. Thank you!

This is good psyllium husk powder. It looks the same as the NOW Whole Psyllium Husks powder that I have been using. I recommend supplementing with this as needed, not as part of a daily routine. Most of the fiber your body needs should come from eating healthy food and too much fiber is not healthy. The NOW brand costs around $15 for 24oz. This brand costs $20 for 20 oz. This product is certified organic, while the NOW brand is not, so you are paying extra for that certification.

Awesome psyllium husk supplement. No additives or proprietary blends. Just pure psyllium husk. Remember to drink quick after starting to stir or it will absorb all the liquid and you will left with sludge.
