Great choice!
We go thru these tripods like crazy. As a full time rver, we use this daily to prepare food. This is the Best option.... got a different well known name in the past, over and over... junk! Camco got it right! Heavier quality, can't wait to see how long it lasts.

You need one of these if you spend a lot of time at the river or just around the fire
We go fishing often and having this makes it so much easier to cook a variety of things over the fire! So happy we ordered it.

Box came ripped apart and taped up. Not great for a gift
Although it was what I wanted I was extremely disappointed because it was a gift and the box it came in was completely mutilated.

AWESOME
The tripod seemed a little flimsy at first but I understand why it has to be. It really does work, and once everything gets broken and all nice you can really have great control of how close your food is to the flame and or how smoky your meat and vegetables can be.

Easy setup - Not so sturdy
Compact and easy to assemble. Components not particularly sturdy considering expected use is over a N open fire with heavy vessels.

Bulky and heavy
I like that this is compact - you can break the legs down. But you can't do anything about the tray - it's huge. It is very cheaply made, so you have to guess where to hook up the tray. Often we had to adjust several times for it to get level - and you have to do it each time! They don't provide a bag, so everything just rolls around on the car.
