So I have a bigger head so it's hard to find hats that fit right.After scrolling through various options I came across this one and I'm not disappointed at all!I needed to find something that was comfortable and could fit a bump cap. This has both! I was happy to find that the stretchy part of the cap definitely fit my head along with the bump cap needed for work.After wearing it for a day or two, the shape for the head band sets in quite easily. No hard set points in the backside like other hats so you don't need to set it. Keep in mind you do need to know your hat size prior to order. It's not a "one size fits all" but, their comment about having sizes for "bigger melons" is definitely true. My cap size is a 7 7/8 and the XL/XXL fit loosely enough for the bump cap.Even with it being a larger cap, it's still lightweight and comfortable.You're definitely getting your money's worth out of these hats. I'd buy another one any day of the week.

Not a Women's hat, was the only place i could find a L-XL flexfit hat. I have a large head and it fits, almost loosely.

It’s just ok.. it looks cool, but think it’s not made very sturdy.. so time will tell.

Great hat, I’ve worn it every day for the last few months and it is holding up great. Well constructed, should last for years with daily use.I have a fairly big head and the L-XL fits great (I wear a 7 7/8 fitted baseball cap).Multicam pattern and colors look great also.

Hands down one of the best hats I have and fits perfectly!
