The vibration makes it move. So everything I tried it on ghosted. And I have to get approval to return it from the sender and it has to go back to the US. It will cost me just as much as the dang thing to return it to the US from Canada.Amazon needs to put this kind of information in BOLD somewhere near purchasing so you are aware you can't send it back to Amazon.

I've used this a couple of times since I got it & @ 1st I didn't think it was going to turn on... It doesn't have a lot of instructions but after fiddling w/ it for a lil bit I figured it out... You have to hold the button for several seconds before it will turn on... It heats up nicely & works great...I haven't used the attachments but did make sure they worked... This is an awesome deal for me because it's perfect for my needs & the attachments are a bonus...I tried a Cricut easy press 2 & after a couple months it stopped working so I returned it... So in my opinion the name brand isn't any better this one is bigger & costs less
