Rob can get around easier on this one. The one the insurance company would only pay for a cheap one, like we have had before, and the wheels were so dinky, and won't roll easily over many surfaces. So we paid for the whole thing and had it shipped to us. It has large wheels that glide over all surfaces, and when he gets too tired over walking real far, he sits down to have me push him. We also needed this one for his bad back, that has 2 fractures in his L2 and L3, so this sling back was the best. The slight foam covered bar backs are horrible on his back. It's also great having the springs for extra cushioning. This company is excellent to deal with, and they do stand behind their product. When I had a problem, I messaged them through Amazon, and it was taken care of as fast as possible. I will gladly deal with them, before dealing with anyone else from here on out!!! This is the best company I have worked with in a long time.Yesterday, the 20th of June 2024, I had to get a replacement part for the seat. It was the plug to keep the seat from coming off. The one that came with it came loose and we lost it somewhere. They provided me with another plug. They have been fantastic to work with, and we absolutely love this rollator. It's great for Rob to walk with, and when he gets too tired, he can sit, and I can push him. The larger wheels go over most surfaces, and I haven't seen one better. This company also stands behind their product and they are super quick at responding as well. It won't let me do a new review, since I had already done one after we bought it, so I am adding more tot eh old review. I am telling you, that you can't go wrong with ordering from this company. They care, and most companies, their customer service has gone right out the window. Not this one. Overwelming it fantastic and very caring!!!

It’s a great walker as long as the person using it has good stability would I let them use it in the house. . As for my mother it it is good for her to go to doctor visits and when she goes outside. She uses it outside but I don’t like her using it inside the house. It’s wider then the standard walker and she is a little wobbly on her feet and the smooth floors just make me nervous because the breaks don’t work on them very well If you had any experience with a wheelchair on slick floors you know what I mean when you put the breaks on it still slides. It’s just for my own peace of mind I ask her not to use inside the house. If you are going to sit on the seat you need to make sure that your back is braced up against something like a wall or a curbside or you have somebody else with you to hold it while getting up and sitting because like I said it will move and if the person using it is unstable they can fall. Just use common sense watch a couple of youtube videos on how to use the walkers safely and you will be fine. The walker folds up in half easily just pull up on the seat and push together you don’t need to take the basket off to fold it if there isn’t anything big in there. And it’s lighter then a wheelchair and just as easy to open up just push down on the edges od the seat. My mother loves it. When sitting on the seat the back isn’t a bar like on most walkers like these that’s why I liked this one better. She likes that she can go over the lawn with the walker unlike the typical walkers. It rolls right over the lawn and over the uneven areas with ease. She likes to trim the bushes and with this walker she can do that easily. This walker has given her back some of her freedom that she had before which makes me happy so she doesn’t have to sit in the house looking at things she wants to do but can’t. Now she can feel more confident and secure she can do outdoor activities she has always loved to do safely.

Giving 5 stars so that you all can see it. The one stars seem to be buried. My actual rating is 1 star.…I just got a prompt from Amazon to rate this rollator. I should have done this sooner, but didn’t really think about it until the Amazon prompt.Well, who ever designed this had a screw loose…literally. I bought the red HEAO rollator walker, and could not wait to use it! It was a couple of weeks before someone could put it together for me… and my anticipation grew!!And then, disappointment.Upon opening the box, right away we noticed that there were scratches on it. Although many parts were in their own plastic bag , some were not. It looked like it had been used or maybe refurbished? But because the scratches were small scratches, I chose to ignore those. I REALLY needed this rollator now, as mine had finally broken.So after getting it all together we noticed that the “handle bars” were not even. Not height wise, that is adjustable. But looking at it from the side, one bar was straight up, the other was angled back so that when gripping the handles, my right hand was further forward than my left. It pulls to the left too.If that wasn’t bad enough, there are so many screws that need to be tightened on a daily basis. The knob screws on the front wheels, the “x” bar underneath the seat, even the cup holder has to be tightened every other day. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. What do I do now? I can’t walk without this thing. But it strains my back to use it.For two weeks I have tried to contact the seller whose name is very appropriately named “Overwhelming” …no reply. I’ve called the phone number listed. It’s always “temporarily offline.”I paid $200.00 for this piece of junk that I’m stuck with because now my return window has closed.The only good thing I can say about it is that its pretty to look at, but very uncomfortable and feels unstable to use. But, it’s all I’ve got now. I can’t afford another one.

I purchased this item on 6/20/23. Several parts have fallen off or broken! I need a cap that holds the seat in place. The seat keeps sliding out of the track.The bolt on the front left wheel came out in an unknown location and the wheel fell off (or out, however you would say it). I need a neThe brakes work well, almost too well because you are not able to just slow the thing down. The brake grips the wheel ridges and stops the walker immediately.
