It worked ok until the battery ran down & I tried charged it up. Won't charge or come on ! Big ole DUD !

Everything works are described. I don't know if it is 100% accurate because it doesn't matter to me if I walked 1.25 miles or 1.36 miles, it is close enough. I am not too concerned if my pulse is 80 or 75, it is close enough. Easily pairs to my earbuds so I can answer calls. I have accidently hit is few times walking in the door and it still looks good. The band is nice. I haven't showered with it, I don't want shower time to add to my pedometer readings. All in All, I am pleased.

There is no Tech Support or help option in option in the phone app so there are a lot of things I don't understand or how to do and they're not located in the directions either very frustrating

This watch is very pretty but that is about all it is good for. I am constantly having to reattach my phone to the watch. I will walk from my living room to my bathroom which both ways is maybe 30 steps and it says I walked 300. I don't trust any numbers it gives me.

The media could not be loaded.  Not to bad for being a nock off smart watch, the battery life could be alittle better but you have to remember it's connected via Bluetooth so it does drain the battery alittle faster. It did take me a second to actually get it set up. Definitely suggest reading the instructions (I know most y'all don't). Definitely love all the complements that I have got. The only thing im not a big fan of is, setting my background and it change on its own. Other then that I love it.

I had some issues but they went above and beyond to fix everything. Great mobile app, can answer and talk through it while conned to iPhone

I had to replace with another watch, customer service tried to get the app to connect Smartwatch also it wouldn't connect.

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!!!!!! It stopped working by day 2. Mobile app sucks as wellDo your self a favor and spend a little more for something that will work
