I am a dental hygienist and these are the best manual brushes out there! Tapered ends, which allows bristles to sweep under gumline! The only manual brushes I recommend!

You can see that the bristles in the picture are deep on the sides, but not in the middle; here all the bristle tips are "deep" -- essentially meaning I bought a regular toothbrush with the same bristle length and flat surface across the top.Might be kind of a pointless difference, but the whole reason I bought these was because the advertised picture most closely resembled the toothbrush my dentist gave me a few months ago; and now I can't return these because of the return policy, so I just sunk ~$20 on toothbrushes I thought were something else.

These were recommended by my hygienist and at first it took a while to get used to how soft they were because I always thought the harder the bristles the cleaner my teeth. Once I got that out of my head I have been in love. My gums feel so much better and cleaner and my teeth feel really clean also. Since the bristles are so soft you would think they would wear out faster but they have already outlasted anything I’ve used in the past. Would definitely recommend these brushes and most definitely will be a repurchase

Love these toothbrushes. Received from our dentist at our last visit and wanted to buy some so we could replace between check-ups. Cannot find them in stores, only on Amazon! Super soft bristles, so you don't feel like you're tearing up your gums when brushing, and your teeth feel so clean after. Just wish I could find the GUM toothpaste our dentist gave us and we'd be set!

Nice toothbrush. Made in China. Plastic smells a little funny. Figuring out the Hard / Soft is a nightmare.No complaints about the toothbrushes. I would like it better if they were made in a non-communist country. GUM does a terrible job of helping the consumer figure out the various hard or soft versions they make. You would think, you could go to their website where you could see all of their toothbrushes in a range from hard to soft. Like, maybe 1 to 7. With 1 the hardest and 7 the softest. Noooo, that would be too easy. You have to keep buying various names and trying each one until you get what you are after. Unbelievably bad marketing and advertising.

My dentist hands these out at every visit. At first, I did not like them. But after I got adult braces, I found these brushes are very effective. I've had my braces off, but I'm sticking to it. They are soft, but have just the right amount of friction to clean well. My dentist always comments on how great my home cleaning is. Best results when you change often because any toothbrush will stop cleaning as well after a while.

Great price and easy to hold. It’s just softer than I like. I also use an electric toothbrush at least once a day so don’t worry too much about this soft toothbrush. Seem sturdy, not flimsy handle. Works for my small hands and my husbands large hands. He actually likes them better than I. We’re both concerned about the safety (being made in China) but so far we’re pleased especially for the money.
