I was excited to find this bike which I intended to use for my short 4.5 mile commute. The bike was easy to assemble. I had an issue with the battery. It would not take a charge. I contacted the seller and MARY worked with the team to have a replacement battery sent. While the process took several weeks, Mary kept me informed of the status of the replacement battery. The new battery charged up and I was ready to go! The bike is easy to ride, but the seat is quite hard and required a cushioned cover to be more comfortable. I found that the battery life could be better. It required charging during the work day in order to be able to ride it home.

I added two pictures , the first is the really easy assembly and the second I felt compelled to be sure to include. When you assemble the handelbars to the shaft assembly, be sure to check and tighten the neck bolts so that you are able to steer smoothly. It is also suggested to follow the pre ride check list that is included in the manual and, if possible add a CO² inflator to your order.I have to say that as just a mountain bike the unit is well built and is definitely heavier than the usual aluminum frame bikes but, don't let that dissuade you from selecting it. In normal operations I found the gears to be crisp and clean. The disc brakes work well and if they feel squishy to you, they are easier to tweak than your standard caliper system.In full ebike mode, I am impressed as to how well the motor handles most hills around me. There was only one time that I tried to push it in the highest assistance mode and it failed, however it was on two power bars so it was more rider error than the motor. Definitely worth the money!!

The bike had so many problems. After I got the bike back in June, the motor started accelerating and it wouldn't stop until I crashed into a fence resulting in damages to the bike and injuries to myself. I finally got a resolution from the company about 2 weeks later after slow responses from the company. In July the battery life would only get me about 7 miles on a full charge. Reached out to the company about this and they never responded to me. In August the front tire came off while I was riding it causing damages to the front fork and causing injuries to myself again. Ill messaged the company again and September 13th the company stopped responding to me without reaching a resolution. (Writing this review on 9/26) Save your time and money and don't buy from this company unless you want a sketchy ebike from a sketchy company.

Impressed thus far- received it 4 days earlier then expected. Came 85% complete - super easy to assemble. I had no problem took me about an hour total from start to finish.Great quality for the bang $$.My only negative is the battery, it is very difficult to remove. If this could be simplified. It definitely would improve it. As always with any bike purchase seats are always a personal modifier.But overall so far this is a great bike for what I wanted it for.

I bought two bikes almost 2 months ago and they have been great! Definitely worth the money for an e-bike. 20mph might not seem like a lot for some people but for someone who just wants to cruise on a bike and not have to pedal, 20mph is more than enough. It might seem intimidating looking at the reviews and realizing there is no installing guide but it’s pretty simple to install. Took me about 30 minutes and my younger siblings about the same time to do the second bike. The bike’s handles are a bit low and do lean you forward but there are attachments you can buy on Amazon as well to raise it so that wasn’t too bad. It did take me 2 months to finally write a review though because I had an issue with one of the bikes at first but I contacted the seller and they were able to help me resolve my problems with no issue! The person who had helped me was awesome as well and I can say I am very satisfied with my order. I definitely wouldn’t mind ordering again!

The media could not be loaded. Hi 👋, On the first day I was excited that the bike arrived. The next day I assembled the bike with ease by following instructions of the video . It came 85% assembled which made it easier. I thank Amazon for great business and services that I am a prime candidate/member . However I rode the bike on first week and discovered the pedal arm was loose which became an issue when I was almost 3 miles away from home . I rectify it immediately when reach I home 🏡. I rather not exclude details . The breaking system is cheap . It slows you down but no immediate/sudden stop . I find that to be a Hazzard. The battery power doesn't last too long . It last up to 2 1/2 hours or 3 hours on medium power . Be careful when it reach to the last 2 power bars . It will shut off on you . On the 3rd gear / power the battery will last less than hour of riding . Going up slight hills requires more power than 350 watts . The wind slightly cut the ability to move more efficiently. I recommend the bike acquire more power than 350 , better quality breaking system and too assure all pedal arms are screwed tightly and properly.

I absolutely love this bike! I’m in my 60’s and the power assist is a blessing on the small hills in my neighborhood. But I still get the workout I need to make my efforts worth it. The vendor was very responsive. The battery arrived damaged. I reported it immediately and they sent me a new one asap, as far as shipping from China takes. About two weeks. But they did follow thru. No foot dragging. Now if I could just figure out what some of the gears and buttons are for on the handlebars!

My husband absolutely loves this product, save money on transportation to work 4 mile ride each way
