Fox Outdoor Products Canvas Gear Bag

I watched a YouTube vid from @TrailNewbie, he advised this duffle for storing and carrying the Dometic Water Go system. I received the bag today, and it’s a perfect comfy fit for the container and all the accessories (which I keep tucked in a light sack). I HIGHLY recommend this bag for that purpose. Also, the quality of the Cordura type material is great. Strap, great. Come with D rings, pockets..I was impressed w/ the packaging care. The metal parts were carefully covered in paper and wrap to prevent damage in shipment. I bought this item with my own money. I am not affiliated with the company. My own personal thoughts. I believe this bag will hold up over time.

I bought this to serve as a weekend bag, but it seems it could serve all of the uses listed in the description. Overall, it appears to be of excellent quality. I rate it at 4.5 stars.Pros:(1) Durable canvas(2) 2 sturdy, large metal zipper toggles for main compartment(zipper itself also seems solid)(3) PVC lined bottom(4) Good size -- more than adequate for weekend trips, but not overly bulky; could be stretched to a week if you're a lighter packer(5) Handhold straps are padded, and lined with piping for a solid holdCons:(1) A zipper on one of the four outer pockets would have been useful, to hold a cell phone / wallet / keys, etc.; only the main compartment is zippered(2) Hooks for shoulder strap look/feel a bit less sturdy than the rest of the bag

My husband got one of those combination shovel, broom, windshield scraper, dishwasher gadgets for Christmas. It’s got half a dozen different parts and a telescoping handle. Unfortunately it didn’t come with any sort of containment device. So we ordered this bag to stash it in. I was really surprised at the quality of this little duffel. It’s thick, durable, and great looking. Not only does it contain his multi tool, he also uses it for the Lugnuts and wrenches and stuff that he keeps in the truck all the time.

Not a lot needs to be said about this. It is made of heavy canvas and it roomy. It has more room than I expected.

I was VERY happy to see in your inventory a slightly used canvas bag that I wanted. I purchased this bag a couple of months ago and was so happy with the quality, I wanted another. Found a previously owned one on Amazon. It's for my fishing tackle boxes and is wonderful. Thanks for having this option.

This is a 12x24". Has absolutely no form. So it is very hard to pack things. It has the form as shown in the image only if you stuff it full. Otherwise it is just a sloppy piece of cloth. It also has a very strong smell that has not gone even after some 2 weeks. I still havent found a good 24" duffle bag that has a big main compartment and that has form so that it is easy to pack.Edited on Dec 22, 2017: After some 3 weeks the smell was gone. I have used it for 2 international trips in 2017 and it held up well given how luggage is abused in the airport. Yes it has no form. As you pile up things, of course it gets a form as shown in the image, My other complaint is that they could have added a longer side pocket with a zip so that I could keep dirty things like slippers. I paid some $24 with free shipping back in Dec 2016 and I guess it has served its purpose already, So changing from 1 star to 4 stars. I would get one more if it were $24 with free shipping for a 12x24". I have bought other worthless junk that are sold at exorbitant price and returned them. This one is priced ok. You can fit more things in this than a 26" suitcase as a suitcase is never square and with all that handle poking into the suitcase you cant pack well in a suitcase. I did not change my original title. No complaints about the strap as I use around the bag like a luggage strap. One trick I use to keep things inside in position is to put small things in small cardboard boxes so that they dont move. Basically making my own compartments, This has worked out very well.About the color fading one person complained: well if you expose your kitchen cabinets or patio blinds to the sun, they also fade in color. So don't expose the bag to the sun :-)Jan 2022: I thought of buying this again. But now the price is almost double the price in 2016. Yeah there is inflation and all the supply chain issues. But almost twice the price? Sorry, pices of canvas cloth stiched together should not cost that much. This is what I call as exorbitant pricing.

I play competitive table tennis in our local league as well as regional and national tournaments. This bag is the perfect size for all my gear: 2 paddles, shoes, sweat towel, fresh shirt and 2 small bags (1 for balls, glove and recreational mini blade, 1 for wrist sweatbands and extra sweat towel). Love the quality and look. 2 outside pockets at the ends are ok for my wallet, keys and cell. 2 outside pockets on the sides are a bit too small and tight, but are ok for a small notepad and pencil. Overall - super value!!

Heavy duty canvas, thick handles, plus an adjustable strap across-the-body option. Holds my kit including squat shoes, weight lifting belt, 1 liter water bottle, shorts, t-shirt etc. Would be a great weekend bag too. Think I'm going to spray some water repellant on it to complete it. Very happy, great price, good quality, it'll last me years.

So far so good! Even bigger than I expected.
