Q: Can silica be used in early flower at heavier doses to reduce plant stretch and node spacing?

I have only used this to strengthen and thicken. To reduce inter-nodal stretch etc one might consider lowering the distance from canopy to light source. If your set up allows.

Q: What type of silica is this.... is it silic acid

Thanks for asking! We actually use Potassium Silicate in our Strength formula. This is a great source of both potassium (an essential plant nutrient) and silica. Silica will polymerize inside the plant which may help in strengthening cell walls. In addition this product may also reduce heavy metal toxicity in plants.
