Excellent product. Sometimes it's hard to get the mascara off the brush, just be patient. It lasts all day and is waterproof. I wish Zuzu sold refills!

This is THE best natural mascara that I've found available on the market. It makes my lashes long and bold, and doesn't smudge. I'm a performer and my mascara was still looking great late into the night. It is not waterproof, which is fine because I don't like the gluey feeling of waterproof mascara.I appreciate ZuZu Luxe for making high quality natural cosmetics. If you are conscious about what goes in and on your body but enjoy wearing make up, give their products a try! I love their powder foundation and powder eyeshadow as well.All in all, I think the reviews are misleading and perhaps from people who are used to conventional waterproof mascaras. I don't want this company to go out of business because of these people.... I'll have to go on a whole new search for good mascara. Don't listen to them!! Lol.If you want a natural product, this mascara is GREAT! I promise. :)

Doesn't make lashes look longer or darker.

The media could not be loaded. I have such stubborn flat lashes but I don’t want to wear mascara all the time to save money on mascara and limit all that gunk on my eyes. I don’t notice any string smell or any smell at all when I applied this product on. So from the reviews over here I decided I wanted to try this product. Honestly you have to put a lot of effort to keep the curls. I applied Maybe 4x after I used my eyelash curler then I dried it using a hair blower (I’m not sure if that bad on my face or ehhhhh), when it felt dried I curled it again with my eyelash curler and applied another coat on it. I blow dried it again and used my lash curler one last time at the end. And this was the effect (see the video) It’s been 20 minutes or so and I think the curl is still up (see the still photo). Hope this helps.

I honestly don't know what all the complaints are about here. It's *clear* mascara. It's not going to give you a bold, dark look. It gives lashes a wet look but more defined.If you've never tried a clear mascara, I suggest you go with a cheaper one, just to see if it's for you. It's a cheap experiment ... but I'll tell you, if you decide you like it, go with this one after you've finished your cheap stuff.Unlike some other brands of clear mascara, it doesn't get all white and dried out over time and flake off into your eyes. I suffer from dry eye syndrome and my eyes have become sensitive to freaking everything. This mascara does not irritate my eyes at all and I love it. Due to my condition, I still try to stay away from my water line when applying it, but I figure I coat all but the millimeter or so of my lashes that are closest to my skin with this stuff and I have no eye issues.I use it pretty much daily. If I want a little bolder look, I put plenty of this on, then while it's still wet, I immediately put a little organic brown or black mascara on just the ends of my lashes (think: the end half of their length). Then I comb them to define and they look great all day.Comes off easily with water or micellar water.

Wow this stuff is great, it honestly does not smudge under eyes at all and it’s easy to remove when washing off. I think I’m gonna stick with this brand and also that it’s supposed to be super clean ingredients - it better be lol.

It's definitely not waterproof. It has a very strong chemical smell. I won't buy it again.

I have sensitive eyes and find this mascara to be the best clear mascara I have used. I already have dark eyelashes, so no need to use a black mascara. Just curl the eyelashes with a lash curler, use a 10 second dry from the hair dryer, and my lashes are curled for the whole day!
