Great little product. I’m just starting to do my own nails at home and was fed up soaking them off, especially as I mostly use biab so was hard to get off. This takes a bit of getting used to and some playing with the different heads and speeds but it’s great. Easy to use, very little vibration on the nail and easy to hold. You can change the spin direction too, for use in your non dominant hand….great drill for a great price

I got it on sale and I do not regret! It is so good feels like a luxury nail drill. So easy to use and good speed modes. The pen is so light and nice to hold it makes it easier to work on myself with my left hand since I am right handed

Worked great for a few months, but this evening it stopped working. It would appear that there is a loose wire in the grey coiled cable that attached the handset to the base, as when I wiggle the cable - it intermittently begins to start up.When trying to get in touch with Amazon regarding this, I was referred to the MelodySusie website. I have emailed the UK contact email, and currently awaiting a response. I am hoping they can get a replacement sent to me as soon as possible.**UPDATE**I was asked to provide a video of the issue, which I did. I was sent a full replacement within days. Very impressed.

Great electric file for the price! Comes with a pack of bits as well which have lasted me almost 2 years without needing to replace them. Only just ordered some new ones a few months ago. The speed is great and it's a sturdy file. Definitely recommend.

Great machine takes dead skin off

I bought this late December 2023, barely used it in January. Throughout February, March and until today, I'd say on average 4 times a week. Today it stopped working and I'm advised by Amazon that I cannot get a refund despite it clearly not being fit for purpose.I would not recommend buying this it due it's extremely short lifespan!

I've bought 2 machines and both tones the hands piece wire has broken, but can't get replacements. I've 2 working machines and no working hand piece

As someone just getting into gel extensions, I found this drill very easy to use. It has a nice weight to it and simple instructions. The drill bits that came with it are pretty much everything you could need! I would definitely recommend this to beginners and professionals alike, it feels like a professional product.

I'm loving this e-file so far, even though my first experience was really painful. The drill works pretty well, the speed stays pretty consistent and the drill part feels really strong and durable. I bought it because i got a dip powder kit but the nail files that come w it are really cheap and the powder wont come off. The first time I used it i went straight for the barrel looking bit w the sanding paper, WORST IDEA EVER, i think that bit is meant for acrylic or stronger materials because it burned the skin under my nails, it was overheating so fast i could only hold it on my nail for a few seconds, and it was so sharp i kept cutting my fingers as u can see in the pic. Today I did the short clear set and I used just the metal bits and let me tell ya, it was a life changing decision. It worked great, got the old powder off my nails much fester since i didnt have to stop every second and didnt hurt even when it touched my skin. Overall this product is really good considering the price, to be clear this is to use at home on yourself only, I wouldnt buy it for a store and/or a too often and long use. DO NOT USE THE SANDING PAPER BITS unless u are working w acrylic, i wanna spear you the pain. Its guaranteed for 6 months so I will update if anything happens.

Pretty good so far, only gripe would be the non Australian plug on the end but the device can handle 240v so it can be used in Australia with an adaptor.

It does a great job!

For beginners, small and lightweight. Very powerful and quiet. It did stop working for me after about 7 months but for the price that’s expected. Good to replace the drill that comes with your nail kit. Pairs well with bits, it is hard to remove and replace bits. There’s no twist in the handle.
