This holds up great for teenagers and hard chewers.
I've had this in my classroom for 2 years now and have a teenage student that chews hard every day and does not chew through this or leave bite marks. It's easy to clean and you can put a lanyard through it if you want to. I bought a second one for him to use at home.

But it works perfect regardless. I got this
The chewy tube is much smaller than I expected it to be. But it works perfect regardless. I got this, after pediatrician recommendation, for my 14 month old who grinds his teeth at random times of day. (Not just in sleep)It looks like it became his favorite thing now, it is very easy to hold in those little hands and he even already figured out how to make the whistling sound. I think my son prefers this chewy thing over other teething toys because of the "tube" idea.I also need to add that since we got this I can confidently report big change in his teeth grinding habit. He did this today for a little bit, ONCE (!) after several days of 'non-grinding' so I think this is a huge improvement.Fancy little thing. Really helped, I would absolutely recommend this to others with similar problems.

Amazing. My 6
Really a 4.5 ...Amazing. My 6.5 year old son is a hard chewer and we have tried quite a few things. He has had this for almost 2 months and loves it. He doesn't like it when it is missing and the teacher at school has said it has been helping a lot. We have less torn up shirts and the product has lasted quite awhile. A week or so ago he finally cracked it at the bottom where he can chew little pieces off. I have been really impressed that it has lasted this long and will be buying a replacement for him.I subtracted a little because it would be nice if it would last more than a month or two for a hard chewer but I would buy this product again in a heartbeat and can deal with replacing it every couple months if it helps him vs. replacing shirts all the time or using other products that need to be replaced more frequently.

Not my son's favorite, but worth trying-it's very well made!
I bought this for my son with Sensory Processing Disorder who has oral hyposensitivity (he requires a LOT of oral sensory input). It's very well made but is harder to chew than I'd like. He'll chew on it periodically, and blow through it, but it's definitely not his favorite oral tool. I know there are a lot of different products on the market for oral sensitivities and defensiveness, so I don't fault the manufacturer for this. Amazon doesn't always have the best prices for therapy products, but this was a great deal. If you or a loved one has SPD, Autism, or ADD/ADHD, it's worth trying.

Helped with feeding.
Helped with my daughters feeding sessions. She wouldn’t bite down on certain foods and textures rubbing this in her mouth eventually she bit down on it. Overtime it’s helped her with biting down on different textures and sort of desensitizing her mouth now brushing her teeth is even more tolerable for her.

Good for Teething Toddler
My two year old toddler is currently getting in her last two molars. I bought this hoping to find something to give her some relief. I gave it to her yesterday as soon as it came (after washing) and she wanted to chew it all evening and then asked for it this morning. She seems to love it so far!On a side note, for cleaning, it was a little hard to clean the inside since it is hollow (my daughter took it outside and played with it in the dirt so I had to clean it again); however, I think a drinking straw cleaning brush would work great.

Love it for my 6 yo ADHD son
6 yo son has ADHD and also a tendency towards destructive chewing. He was demolishing erasers and pen tops, his toothbrush, etc. These truly are durable and don't even show any teeth marks after several chewing sessions. I offered it to him while we did flashcards, and he chomped away, keeping his attention on the cards instead of feeling the urge to move. I think these are going to be a very useful tool. They are hard enough to give that satisfying chew but soft enough to bend with the chewing force and return to regular shape. My DD who is 3 is also loving the red version with a handle grip in my attempt to get her to stop sucking her fingers.

Little one loves it.
My son prefers holding small objects that are light and easy to get a good grip on. This fits the bill, and whether or not he's using it for teething, he enjoys carrying it around with him everywhere. The tiny shirt pockets in his wardrobe finally have a purpose. This is a great size and texture for teething. Great all around!
