I can’t say if these work because I couldn’t get past the flavor. It taste like chemical artificial. I regret this purchase.I’m sure some people won’t mind the taste.

I purchased this product to help me drink more water and combat fatigue/low energy due to an autoimmune condition. The flavor was great, but I was disappointed that a layer of powder remained at the bottom of the 16-26 oz of water, no matter how much I stirred or agitated it or time I gave it to dissolve. This product activated the globus sensation in my throat and caused me to have heartburn or discomfort in my stomach and chest.

It may just be bc I'm pregnant and having aversions to certain things, but I couldn't stomach the flavor of these. Might be fine otherwise.

...berry taste.I consistently use electrolyte drinks.Long before Vine, I was using sugar free Propel packets and sugar free bottled PowerAde; daily, sometimes multiple drinks per day, to keep from dehydration.What I like about this is the absence of the sweeteners used in those other products.If you've had Propel "mixed berry" powder packets, this is in the flavor neighborhood of that.The INTENSITY of flavor for this product compared to that is maybe 30%.It is a light but pleasant flavor.I have a love/hate relationship with stevia; this is sweetened with stevia.I do not get the horrible bitter end taste of stevia from this product that I get with some others(Yay! good job!).I mixed mine into 16 ounces of water in a pyrex pitcher; it has a light pink color.As other reviewers mentioned, there is settling, (and I used a hand held frother) I used the frother again and quickly poured it into a bottle.
