People have given it bad reviews without knowing what actually it does and how. Most people get no results when used to lighten the skin. It actually don't work alone you need other things to support skin health. Diet is major contributor when it comes to skin health. People eat crap, drink and smoke and think that glutathione will help. It won't. But the best use of glutathione is for liver and detoxification. If you altered liver enzymes or alcoholic or non alcoholic fatty liver diease this is the product. But still again diet is primary and supplements are secondary. No supplements work with a poor diet and lifestyle
