I honestly did not think this lumbar support foam would give me any type of support due to it being small and squishy. I have been sleeping on my stomach for 3 weeks almost going into 4 weeks and I wish I had got this since before surgery so I can have more support and sleep better. The day I received it i put it on and took a nap, I couldn’t believe it that it took my back pain away especially without medication too! I really recommend you purchase this.

I this board put it on for the first time over night and I saw a difference in the morning. It started curving my lowe back. Plus it helped with back pain! Overall it does what it’s supposed to do!

I never leave reviews but this deserves one.. just had lipo/bbl 5 weeks ago I should’ve bought this sooner.. instant relief in my back when I put it in my faja today & it took my swelling down allowing my booty to pop more.. get thissss if you’re getting surgery it helps so much with back pain & fluid build up in your back area you better get this girl!

This lipo foam back piece gave me everything and more that it was supposed to give!! I recently had a bbl and lipo 360 so I still am very swollen and have lots of fluid on my back and stomach. This piece does a great job of compressing the back lower part of my back where the fluid sits. It’s been a major life safer due to the size. The larger backboards are so uncomfortable! I’d definitely recommend this piece to anyone that needs that back compression it does the job!

I started using this late in the game! Currently 6wks post op & there’s literally no issues above my shelf now! It also can work on your abdomen at the top of the faja, near the sternum where fluid accumulates or on the fupa area! Also, this works better than the bigger lumbar board! You won’t be disappointed with the purchased
