This is a very good product.
This is a very great product.I used it for college work and the only thing I dislike about it is that it doesn't have a built in microphone for audio, other than that, this is a really great product.

Left me hanging.
I bought this as a replacement for an equally cheap 2-in-1 with an Android OS that I was using exclusively for writing stories and occasionally watching videos wirh VLC. It took a year for that first tablet-keyboard combo to die and by that point I'd worn out two detachable keyboards. I was paranoid about my second unit failing, since I'd had it for almost a year, so I decided to "upgrade."Well, I decided to buy this as a more permanent replacement and when I finally turned it on, it seemed great! The keyboard layout is nice, the battery lasts a long time and the touch pad didn't suck too badly, which is saying a lot because I hate touch pads. I also loved the Micro SD card port, which can read up to 512gb. Great for backing up data!I only gave it internet access one time, to update the OS and download drivers for the software I use, which is basically just three programs. After that, it was off-line from there on out. I used it for two weeks and wrote a half dozen short stories and about 100 pages of text before the keys started to fail.I don't type hard, and when I say "fail" I DO NOT mean they fell off. The laptop looks pristine, like I just pulled it out of the package, but the connectors underneath are substandard and the quality control for the board is absolute garbage. The keys would sporadically operate before the space bar and down arrow suddenly stopped working altogether. This is what you get when you buy a laptop made by wage slaves; two weeks of perfection and then it fails. It isn't even worth replacing. I went right back to my bulky but (currently) dependable 2-in-1, and the next time I buy a replacement laptop, it'll he a name brand that costs at or above $350, since that is really the only guarantee you'll get halfway decent equipment.

A great "lite" laptop!
First of all, it's small, but not too small. I use a Dell docking station with mine, and it will do everything but charge the laptop (but it isn't the laptops fault). I bought this unit for movies and to run my graphics software. It works great for both. It has built in bluetooth and wifi, big plus. I really didn't expect a lot from this laptop, but I was very surprised. It doesn't take long to start up, doesn't lag...it's just great and more. It won't run high end 3d games, but it's not made for that. It serves all purposes I bought it for. If you don't want to run graphics intense games, it should serve your purpose.Update: I installed the Sims 4 just to see if it would work, and this laptop runs it smoothly with great graphics (defaults on install). This little machine has been so great that I stopped using my desktop. Very surprised, and have had zero problems.

Works as advestised. Nice laptop for the value
Overall nice laptop for the value. I only wish it had the dual band WIFI but other than that works great. The one thing is running windows 11 the microphone does not funtion. Restord widows 10 and the microphone works fine. Currently does not appear to be a driver update and the manufacturer and device driver just say it is the others issue. This why the not giving 5 stars.

Cheap for a reason
Don't waste your money. I cannot believe these have any positive reviews at all. Very cheap and flimsy case, bends when you pick it up. Screen is terrible, no vivid colors at all. The touchpad is so wonky it makes the laptop unusable at times. I found nothing positive to day about these toys. For the same money I got a refurb Dell Latitude 7280, and it is the real deal! Same price, 100 times the machine. Just my 2¢

Power supply plug
I was excited to get this little computer, very nice and light. I plugged in the power adaptor and the power icon did not show that power was getting to the computer. Very disappointed. Checked the adaptor with a voltmeter and indeed it was putting out 12V as needed. I arranged to have the first unit sent back and received the replacement in a few days - great service. But, the same thing happened with the new unit. Then I realized I plugged the power into the headphone jack which is the same size and fit perfectly. Once I found the power inlet on the other side of the computer, all was well. I have never had a computer that one could do that with accidentally. So, if you buy this unit, make sure you plug the power into the power inlet and not the headphone jack. How embarrassing! I like it so much I think I will keep both.

Cheaply made
I bought this just to take notes for school. The battery life is short lived. After a week the screen broke. I closed it after class and realized i left the felt screen protector out that I use to keep the screen and keys from touching when closed. I opened it and the screen had a spiderweb Crack at the middle top part. I couldn't read anything on it after that. Now it's sitting in its original box. Unusable.

Budget Windows & Linux Laptop!
The N4000 series and up Celeron Processors are much faster than earlier iterations. The 4 GB of (non up-gradable) RAM is not bad if you're using it for web surfing, streaming music, office work, or playing onboard music; it's my dedicated music player, tethered to my Sound System, so it's awesome for that solo purpose. I created a partition (ext4) for a Mint 21-C install. Works great. But the sound is lost after dual boot install because Windows provided a special driver for this brand, and Linux does not have drivers for it yet. I use a USB Audio Jack (B01N905VOY) for output & input anyway; it's plugged into a multi-port adapter (B085DJLDBC) that also has Ethernet LAN for wired connection.
